We Pray with Her is a collective of young clergywomen and leaders from Methodist traditions that began out of the 2016 campaigns for president when, regardless of their own political leanings, a group of young clergywomen began writing daily devotions for Hillary Rodham Clinton, a fellow United Methodist and glass ceiling shatter-er. Shannon E. Sullivan was involved in the collective from the beginning and has been a contributing editor to two collections of devotions and prayers for all women who are in leadership.

Shannon E. Sullivan is a contributing writer for When Kids Ask Hard Questions, Volume 2, a volume informed by the upset of the pandemic on young people. She wrote a piece about religious privilege and raising children to celebrate religious difference.
